III.) Key Features
1.) Two Vessel Brewhouse, Mash/Lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun. They are placed in a portable cart for convenient moving. 
2.)  Kettle/Whirlpool Tun is fitted with electric heating elements.
When comes to electric heating, the biggest worry will be dry burning. So, for kettle/whirlpool tun and hot liquor tank, we fit a level sensor separately. When it detects the liquid level is close to electric heating elements, it would give signal to control panel, then heating would stop automatically, very simple but safe and effective design. 
3.)  Two stages heat exchanger gives prompt wort cooling within 30-40 minutes. 
4.) Semi-Auto control achieves full-automatic heating and cooling. What you only need to do is to open/close butterfly valve etc. It is common in home brewery and micro brewery since most of brewmasters hope to attend brewing as much as possible. 
5.) Full stainless steel 304 is sanitary to brew and is easy to maintain & Clean.
